Horacio Rocha Salas, CPA

Mr. Horacio Rocha Salas obtained his degree from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración, at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional.

His work in private sector entities includes companies such as Procter & Gamble México, Ligget Myers and Aceros Ecatepec, S.A., in the treasury, finance and controlling offices.

Since 1977, he has been a part-time professor in Universidad Anáhuac, lecturing in the Accounting, Business Management, Tourism Management, and Systems Management degrees, in both the undergraduate and graduate programs, in subjects such as Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, Managerial Accounting and Tax Management.

Regarding government positions, he served as an internal advisor in the Ministry of Programming and Budgeting. At the Ministry of Education, he coordinated the National Program for the Education of the Adult.

At his alma mater, he became the Dean of the Business School and later was named the University’s technical sub director.

He currently serves in several boards of our clients’ companies and he is the General Director and President of our firm.
