One of our basic functions is to encourage that companies’ operations produce financial information that follows Mexican GAAP. By processing the company’s data in specific accounting and fiscal software, we are able to obtain adequate financial statements while we review and ensure that the information processed complies with all legal requirements and that taxes are paid in a proper and prompt manner.

Another duty that is commonly found in most companies is the preparation, calculation and payment of payroll. This is periodic work that requires certain specialization given the particularities of the Mexican legislation regarding payments to employees. In a timely manner, we calculate companies’ payrolls delivering all documentation just for the company to proceed with payments in the fashion it prefers.

Due to our firm’s structure and in full compliance of independence and impartiality requirements, these duties are carried out by an autonomous company, Ro, Arce Del Castillo, S.C.
