Our firm provides liquidation services which include, among others, for partners to legally accept and act as liquidators, to manage the dissolving company during the liquidation period, to maintain it’s accounting records and tax obligations coordinating duties with lawyers and with the corresponding notary public, following the requirements of Mexican Corporate Law.
